I'm at the device manager but I'm having problems figuring what to update.

If you want to update your drivers you will need to download them from the video cards web site. Extract the files to a folder and either run the setup program in the folder (best idea) or go back to the device manager and point it to the folder with the files in it (not the best idea).

you have all the support you need there
most of the time these come as applications and not just the driver that's the reason you can't really use the device manager.
