I think that everyone who thinks their album is emo and crap should go to hell. You can tell by listening to this album how much work and how much it means to them. The Black Parade is a deeply touching and isn't emo at all! The album is about living everyday to it's fullest, like it was your last. The album is a concept album, about a cancer victim called the Patient. This album is just amazing. They put so much of themselves into it and worked so hard, and it paid off. It's unique and original and everyone should have it. They took a risk trying something more mature than Three Cheers and Bullets, and I personally think that it's their best.

Yes, you're right, except when you called MCR emo. They have stated many times that they never were trying to be emo, they definitely aren't emo now, and they never will be emo, ever.

I think I must be getting old or something. I still don't get how MCR is emo.
Anyway, love the new album too.

No, it isn't emo at all. The songs are pure alternative ballads and great songs.
