My favorite dessert is the very traditional, pumpkin pie.
I can not possibly list all the things I am thankful and still have time for dinner. But here are a few;
my mom
my home
my dad
my healthy body
all my senses
my mind
music
books
curiosity
food
that I have never gone hungry
and most importantly, life.

I'm thankful that my oldest son will be here from Iraq ,but still have another son and grandson there , so pray for the soldiers this Thanksgiving .
We'll have a traditional Thanksgiving Dinner and I enjoy it all .

On Thanksgiving, we have a really special breakfast and my mom makes the BEST french toast casserole!! It's the most amazing thing I've ever had besides spinach quiche, which she also makes and we are having it for Dinner!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am most Thankful for Jesus!!!!

I love sweet potato casserole with a nutty brown sugar/oat topping!
I am thankful for my family and our health, and my new great nephew! My niece and her husband have been trying to conceive for 4 years, and she just gave birth to a 6.5 lb. beautiful healthy baby boy! What a blessing!

Cranberry relish which I love.
I am thankful that my husband still remembers us this Thanksgiving in his 10th year of Alzheimer. Every smile he gives us and every kiss I get from him is like pure gold. We have so much to be thankful for. Happy day to you and yours.
