Love does not develop over the Internet, nor on the phone. Real love comes from spending time together and sharing each others lives.
It seems to me that you are young. Maybe you should wait a few years and meet him face to face before you say the "l" word.

Hon, it's a computer generated relationship of sorts. Virtual reality? He could be brad pitt on the computer and you could be angelia jolie. Ya with me so far?........and trust me, I've heard lots of nice voices on the phone (like we all have throughout life) and when you actually meet them albeit business or personal.....it's a *lip curling* let down.

Ask this on family and relationships, not marriage and divorce. How the heck would we know whether you should or can believe him, we don't know you, we don't know him, and how could you be in love without spending time together in person

has he given you reason not to believe him. If he has then I would not believe him. If not then go for him. Also a suggestion if you believe in God pray about it. God will answer your prayers maybe not right away but he will answer them. And don't have sex until you are married if you guys get that far.

he might really love you. but dont fall in love with him too quick, cause u really haf to kno that u can trust him before u do anything. meeting guys on the internet can cause a lot of trouble.
