Loyalty means nothing when it comes to putting a better team on the field
The White Sox have clearly put a better team on the field constantly year end year out
The "Wait until next year " Cubs have only dreamed about the promise land and The White Sox have been to the Promise Land In 2005. The last time the Cubs even tasted the sweet sweet smell of a World Series or Success was when the World was flat and the moon was made of Cheese

Seriously, the white sox are much better, than the cubs, have you looked at their record, and their players, seriously, have some common sense, the whitesox are an amazing team overall.

White Sox are thin in middle relief. The reason they failed was due to their bullpen. Too much offense not enough pitching. If the cubs get lucky they could pitch close to as well as the Sox, but most likely Wood and Prior will be more like Natalie wood and Richard prior in Brewster's millions. IF you remember, he could not strike out the Yankees.
Sox and cubs are both loaded offensively. 3B is equal as Crede is one of the best fielding 3b in the league and is a clutch hitter. Rameriz fails in the clutch. Lee or Konerko at 1B is a great matchup which I will give to LEE as he is a great fielder. 2b HMMMM Iguchi or Soriano. I guesS Soriano becuase of the bat.
Short is a wash.
Bench must go to White Sox. Pitching. SOX.
Manager. Sweet Lou is one of the best and Ozzie is Volutile.
Management. SOX. THey get it done.
I guess DA SOX.

Well let's see, White Sox have all the pitching so I am gonna have to say the White Sox. One defensive liability at second base with a $130M contract is not gonna make up for Wood/Prior being out all year long nor will it bring the Cubs near the 75 win mark, much less the div title. You cannot win without good pitching and the Cubbies, I am sad to say, just dont have enough of it.

The Cubs are, of course.
White sox fans are simply jealous
because Cub fans are more loyal
and dedicated.

It'll take the Cubbies at least a season or two to build into a great team. I have no doubt that they will improve in 2007. I also have no doubt that the White Sox will get worse in 2007. We shall see which Chicago team is the best.

Is this a joke? White Sox w/o a doubt. Cubs won 66 games last year while the White Sox won 90+...Soriano cant make up for 20+ games sry.....plus they lost Pierre, and their pitching staff is awful.

How could you even mention that first team in the same sentence with any other major league baseball team.
The cubs sucked yesterday, today, and yes they will suck tomorrow.

White Sox have been better for a number of years.
Northsiders are getting more offense, but their pitching staff outside of Zambrano is still horrid.
