Yes! I just got done using Robert Gray's colon cleansing formula for 10 weeks. It's all herbal and psyllium husks, but I have to say it's somewhat challenging at times getting the psyllium husks down! But I highly recommend doing it - you would NOT believe what it inside of you. In my adult life I've eaten healthfully, but I was raised on whole milk and meat. Old stuff is embedded in the folds of your lower intestinal track. After about a month on the herbs, long ropes of hardened stuff are released by the herbs softening it. Day after day literally pounds of stuff came out of me, I'm not exaggerating and it was not the least bit painful or harmful. I feel soooo much better now, and my skin is glowing. I am not affliated in any way with Robert Gray, but I've found his program to be the most thorough. You have to at least read his book! I've used Yerba Prima before, it's good but not nearly as effective. You can get Gray's herbs and the husks at the Holistic Horizons website, and there's lots of good info there. Good luck - it's worth it. You'll feel 100000 times better after but you have to stick it out.

Try cutting out processed foods and meats for a little while. Stick to veggies and water and take a multi-vitamin once a day. The classic prune juice cure might halp too, but get one without preservatives.

Drink lots of water all day! Lay off the processed foods and bread. If you have a juicer, start drinking homemade juices. And also add ground flaxseeds to your cereals, veggies or salads. I use ground flaxseeds in my smoothies for breakfast.

Go to your local Health/ vitaman store and ask for 100% pure PSYLLIUM HUSK. Take a couple of tablespoons with water,, juice etc;;;;; you'll be whistling dixie in no time.

This may sound kinda funny, but if you r having trouble like constipation, eat some chocolate laxitives, prune juice, or eat lots of fibers (found in some veggies).
