i an 13 years old and 5'1 at most i am in between 85 and 90 pounds and flat chested (dont mind that to much) i lost waight by only eating meals and i was not hungry so i thought it was ok but i contuned to eat so little naw i am hoping to gain some waight but i dont want to get used to eating so much and get fat. so what is a good way to gain waight but not get fat
you can also see my ribs and i have mussel in my tummy call it a 2 pack and i dont want to lose that so if i do sit ups every day it will stay right?
