i an 13 years old and 5'1 at most i am in between 85 and 90 pounds and flat chested (dont mind that to much) i lost waight by only eating meals and i was not hungry so i thought it was ok but i contuned to eat so little naw i am hoping to gain some waight but i dont want to get used to eating so much and get fat. so what is a good way to gain waight but not get fat

you can also see my ribs and i have mussel in my tummy call it a 2 pack and i dont want to lose that so if i do sit ups every day it will stay right?

okay you should eat proitein day and night because that will not get you FAT but you will get the right amount of fat you need and plzeat because it make feel so bad a 13 year old gal only 85 pounds it breaks my heart u have the freedom 2 eat and you arent taking advantage of it ♥ Melissa

Well the way to put the weight back on is to eat more, and I do not mean more times a day or start snacking, just put a bit more on your plate at meal times, start first by increasing the amount you have for breakfast, it is the most important meal of the day as you have not eaten for a very long time.
Remember food is our fuel, so only use good fuel.

Please eat healthy. You will probably have a growth spurt soon and put on a few pounds.

Drink milk, and eat yogurt for calcium. You need to build up strong bones now, while you are still young, so you will have quality of life when you are old.

The exercising is good. Why not try to lift some light weights and take up jogging? Again, to build up your bones.

proteins, good carbs and exercise and eat snacks that help with staying regular to keep stomach flat but not starve yourself hope this helps praying you become comfortable with being a healthy weight and take note that being too thin is no longer a good thing

eating yogart will give you healthy weight gain and eating protein like red meat. if you indulge in your cravings everynow and then you'll be just fine and won't binge. i had to do that while i was pregnant.
