"Iter" is Latin for "road". We get our word "itinerary" from it.

Judicio - to judge or condemn
Journey - Romans took long journeys.

K is a tough one .... maybe killing or killer - there was a lot of killing in ancient Rome.

Well, how about Italy(or Italia) for I and Julian(a Roman
emperor) for J? Can't think of K right now but

Irrigation for (i), I believe ancient rome used irrigation tunnels for crop production... I would check that one. Use "industry" if you don't want to use irrigation.
