Why is the whole "tights and skirt" look cool to people? I don't get why everyone likes it so much?! Does any1 no?

I think it's a pretty good idea. You can wear the shortest skirt in the world and not have to worry about showing too much skin. The look is only good if you wear leggings at the mid calf point. It's a nice style for the time being and will fade with time. Don't worry.

Well for a whole lot of us its winter and cold as anything. Wearing the leggings under a skirt means we can wear the skirt and not freeze our assets so to speak.

I thought it was cute...until every single person on the face of the earth ran out to buy a pair of leggings and a denim mini. I'm so sick of that look now! It's been done too many times and now it's old.

i don't really know why but i think that its because that's what people are into. It's what people are into, i guess. i only where them because I don't really like wearing skirts. I only wear them if I'm wearing pants or leggings underneath and I don't really care if it doesn't look good cause all i know is that it's my fashion.

I like jean skirts with black leggings! Maybe peple wear 'em so they don't have to be tan to wear a skirt?

same reason neon colored biker shorts were popular in the late 80's!!!!
No matter what, you always look back at old pictures and think "What the hell was I wearing?" yet, at the same time, trends always get recycled. I just hope the biker shorts stay far away in fashion heaven! :D

This style is actually made popular by Marc Jacobs. I recommend flatties with those.
