I have thinner lips, but I'm not a bug fan of lipstick, except for more formal occassions, but even then, meh. I use Beauty Rush lipgloss from Victoria Secret. It is fabulous. It has a gloss that makes my lips looks excellent and if you catch it at the right time, you can get it on sale, 3 for $15.

Use lipgloss - lipslicks by Cover Girl work well because it doesnt have a strong color just a slight tint. This is what Cover Girl says to make lips look fuller:
Pick a lipstick and lipliner in matching shades—choose lighter colors, since darker tones can make lips appear smaller. Use your lip pencil to define lips. Go to the outermost edge of lips but no further—do not go outside the natural lip line. Then fill in entire area with lipliner. This will "hold" lipstick longer. Apply your lipstick over lipliner.

Don't use dark colors. Stick to clear or very light, shiny lip gloss. Dabbing just a little bit above the center of your lips and just a little below will reflect light and make your lips look bigger. I've tried a lip-plumper sample, and all it seemed to do was make my lips burn. My lips didn't look fuller at all, and it smelled really bad (I'm not sure if that was just the brand I tried or if all plumpers smell bad). But some people I know swear by them. I've heard of this one that uses oxygen or something like that that works really good. Good luck!

Be cautious with lip plumpers. I don't know the exact science but they cause an allergic reaction to occur on your lips so they swell up. I've heard it really stings and can also be dangerous if you ingest it. That being said, I'd probably still use them if I had thinner lips haha. Give one a try but be ready for what may happen.

you can even put the liner outside the lips to make them look bigger and Avon or Mary Kay make a nicer fuller lip balm

hi girl... the best way to go about it is use a pencil to form the shape you want for your lips but be careful not to exaggerate. using specific products won't help you any better. i would suggest you visit a beauty salon to show you how to use your own lipsticks and pencils.

that is correct, but you can also use lip liner before you put lipstick on!! but remember: don't put to much lip liner one or you'll look really weird!
