You can put whatever name you want on a birth certicicate and you can change your own name to whatever but it will cost you. Check at the social security office

As far as I know most states allow parents to name their children anything they want! You could name your child Michael Jackson or Harry Potter, basically whatever you want. So yes you can.

If its already on his birth certificate you will have to go through the legal process of having it changed.
