hmmm depends what city you live in. There can be some wonderful hat places in some of the more exclusive shops in your city. Maybe try "hats" in the yellow pages or women's fashions - hats?
If you go to any classy fancy ( that would be expensive usually) women's boutique, you can be sure that they will know where you can buy an in style, church hat!

I would look on Ebay. I know that JCPenney has a special catalog with very nice hats featured in it, but I don't believe they are on their site. You might try a search in Yahoo and see which stores come up. I often use Amazon. com because they seem to have everything under the sun.

THIS IS A GOOD QUESTION. YOU USED TO BE ABLE TO BUY A LIMITED SELECTION OF HATS IN A SSHOE STORE, OR ONE OF THE LARGER DEPARTMENT STORES. THE TROUBLE IS THAT THEY ARE NOT VERY POPULAR ANYMORE. TRY SOME OF THE SECONDHAND SHOPS IN YOUR AREA, AND IT THAT DOESN'T WORK, HOP ON EBAY AMD SEE IF ANUY LADIES OUT THERE HAVE SOME THAT THEY COULD SELL YOU. OR IF YOU ARE A CRAFTSWOMAN, MAKE THEM YOURSELF. HOPE THIS HELPS JOANN
