Just try to keep your eye on him by calling him more often. Checking him by calling him continually. Or asking your friends or your neighbors to look after your dad regularly. Definitely your dad needs some help, asap.....

What a horrible thing for you to have to be burdened with at 15. I am so very sorry.
Can you speak with your mother about your concerns? Maybe she can help or have someone check on your father while you are away.
Regardless of what happens, you don't have control over the situation and none of it is your fault. I can only imagine how difficult this must be for you but please do not feel as though it's your responsibility to 'save' him. You are only 15! Even if you were 25, it's really up to him.
I wish you the very best.

It's sad that you are being put in this position, I think he needs to know that you are worried about him and that it's important to you that he find someone to talk to about this--friend, therapist, counselor, etc. When people are depressed they don't see things clearly so he may not realize that he needs to get help. If you think that your mom can be supportive for him then she can bring this up to him and make sure that he follows through. Make sure that you voice your fears to her about this.

Boy that's a hard one to answer. You are so young to be put in that position. Does your mom know about it? He needs to talk to a professional and maybe your mom can help.
