If you don't have a cell phone, ask for one. (I'm 13, too and that's what I'm asking for, as well as an mp3 player.) There are some $20 cell phones you can get; my friend got one at 7-11. =)

I don't know if it costs to get songs for an mp3 player but you could ask for a gift card to download some songs and you could also ask for some jewelry or perfume.

you should think about something youve always wanted to learn to do or learn about and then go out and get a book movie or whatever on it. get a cookbook and become like the most awesoem chef of a particular dish or go read about revolutions and revolutionaries or get a dance movie and learn to BREAK IT DOWN! hehehe... try it, worked for me on my bday!
