My friend's computer is not allowing her to log in to anything. It won't accept any passwords to anything. She thinks it may have something to do with Internet Explorer. Anyone know what's wrong?

It might be a virus it's true but it could be also something else. For example if login requires javascript and that's not enabled you can't login
BTW 300 bucks to fix that it's a lot lol I do that for my friends and don't charge them :)

it might be a virus so tell her to go to trendmicro.com click on house call they will do a free virus scan for you and fix them and delete them too good site and download the free trial of pccillin too that helps after the house call she can go back there anytime its free

Try using command prompts to run a virus scan.

its a virus, i just spent 300 dollars getting mine fixed because of that telll your friend im sorry for her
