I work with a woman who wears the same rings and necklace no matter what she's doing or where she goes.

It doesn't matter to me what or why she wears the same jewelry. I was just wondering what others do?

i change my earrings as the mood takes me, sometimes twice a week and I always take out my earings every night and take off all my rings, i imagine my fingers swell during the night due to heat,

I wear the same necklace and rings everyday but i wear different earrings and bracelets depending on where i am going.

I wear the same rings (wedding on one side, something else on the other), mostly because I'm used to wearing them, but the rest of my jewelry I match to my outfits, based on color and neckline. I make it, so it's important to me that I display it in the most flattering manner.

Does it really matter if your friend wears the same jewellry all the time? Is that really important?
Maybe it means something to her - I always wear a small silver ring given to me by my deceased grandmother, I wouldn't think of taking it off.

Not usually. Diamond earrings for months (they are very casual looking). Once in a while a necklace, bracelet, or ring is added. (Not all together or in one day) Maybe it is like her trademark. Michele Kwan, figure skater, always wears a simple necklace with a red ornament/charm on it.

Well I wear silver jewellery alot as I think it goes with a lot of things, but I always alternate earrings/rings/bracelets/etc.

Yes, I cannot stand to keep it on me and I have to take it off at night but I have head of some people sleeping in their jewelry

no i do not. i have a wedding band and two engament rings and i do not take them off no matter what one was my mother in laws and she gave to my then bf and he gave it to me and she passed away b4 we got married and had kids and the other engament ring came from my husband he picked the engament and wedding ring out. SO maybe the reason she does not change bc those things mean alot to her and so she does not take them off.
i do change my earing though.

i don't change it daily - more like weekly. i always wear 2 rings and only take them off in the shower. i don't think i've taken my earrings out in about 2 weeks.

nope.. had the same earrings in for years..gold goes with everything as well as the watch necklace and rings..all gold..always stay on
