if they are X rays that are going through your body, then no they are not safe. ask your doc about that one they can give u a better answer!

If they are actually taking X-Rays, you may be submitting your baby to radiation. Whether this is the case depends on the technology, so I'd be checking further if I were you.

it has no effect on the baby he is very well protected inside your uterus i would think if it was a harm to the baby they wouldn't have them in the hospital i wouldn't worry about it but if you cant stop thinking about it you can ask your doc
