Sears! On line would be best. Have the model number on hand

Absolutely, SEARS. Sears is the only place that carries Craftsman brand. My town has a Sears parts and service center where I can take my stuff and have it serviced or repaired. The great thing about Craftsman is that almost everything has a lifetime warranty... I would call sears and ask what the warranty is on the hedger. they will more than likely fix it for free (though charge a $10-15 service charge) if you can prove that you bought it from sears... have a receipt, or if you don't have a receipt, if you bought it from sears, your information should be in their system.
If you didn't buy it, you wont get the warranty, and you'll be better off buying parts online or at the service center and fixing it yourself or at a small engine repair shop.
