If you have only one choice between career and your family , which one you prefer. With this question, I did not mean , if you choose career you must leave your family or other idea ...You still can take care your family later if you choose career .

My family. Sometimes I take a day off work just to spend time with the ones I love. My home life is WAY more important to me than ANY job.

When I was still working, it was always my family but that's only because my income was secondary and not necessary. My husband income on the other hand is necessary and his work is not more important to him on a personal level, but it is what keeps us together as a family so it does come first. He is fortunately a driven person and a work a holic so it all works out in the end.
I am a home body and enjoy cleaning and keeping a tight reign on my domain in every way from the finances to the shopping!
That is the American way though isin't it?

Both are important but men often have to sacrifice time with
their families in order to pursue a career..

I would say career. I'm a single mother and my boys don't lack anything. They may not have me 24/7 but they will appreciated the sacrifices I have made for them in the future.

Definitely family.
My career is nothing special to me and I would have no problems leaving it to do something else.
