Yes. You only need one functioning ovary and fallopian tube to get pregnant.

Yes. Your chances are higher if you have two, but you only really need one fallopian tube to conceive.

The ovaries compete over which one is going to ovulate that month. Contrary to popular belief, they don't take turns or alternate every month. If you have one side that ovulates more often and that is the side that is blocked, there may be some problems conceiving. But if the side that is unblocked ovulates, than there should be no problems getting pregnant. Good luck.

P.S. If you can't conceive in 6 months, your doctor can prescribe clomid or other drugs to help you ovulate.

Aboslutely :0) I actually only have one fallopian tube (I lost the other to an ectopic). It did take my husband and I a little longer to conceive but I did end up getting pregnant. It basically took us about 12 months to concieve. We have an incredible handsome 3 1/2 year old now. Already working on number two....

Yes its possible as it only takes one ovary to produce an egg each month. I have cysts on my left ovary and I have 2 children and one on the way. all conceived from my right ovary. If your concerned about your chances then speak to your doctor and have some tests to make sure the fallopian tube that's no blocked has eggs been produced so you know you are able to conceive. I'm sure you would be able to but that's a last resort. Best of luck.

Yes you can. To increase you chances though I would learn Natural Family Planning. This way you will know when you are ovulating and so will be able to increase your chances of getting pregnant.

The Couple to Couple League offer an excellent home study course which I took and can highly recommend. If you are married a charity called LIFE UK offers a fertility awareness programme which I think would be helpful for you too.

Now everyone can cure infertility using this natural remedy http://pregnancyhelps.info
infertility can run in the family and one of the first things the doctor asks you when you go to a fertility clinic is your family history regarding cases of infertility or other reproductive issues.
If infertility is caused by genetic disorder then it's not unusual that one of the kids (your mom) doesn't have it and another does (your aunt).
two months of trying is still to early to be concerned about the fact that you might be infertile and it's also quite early to go to a fertility specialist. Go to a regular Obgyb to get a closer insight and see what ways there are are to improve your fertility rate.
Also remove alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes from your life because they might influence your chances too. Stress is also a risk factor when it comes to infertility.

Yes - but only in the months when your open-tube side ovary is the one ovulating. Therefore it may take a few months longer to conceive.
Good luck
