pictures of a sound cover for printers from an office supply cat.
These are generally pressboard boxes with a flip plexglass cover to remove your printed page and look for one with a fan in the box to keep the printer from overheating.
most good mangers do understand productivity works two ways, they provide a good enviroment - you produce better work.
