Sounds like you are having trouble getting regular and you need to see a doctor. Hard to tell what it could be. Could be a number of things. Just see a doctor and they will be able to get you regular again.

Bleeding from any part of your body unless you were hurt in an accident should be checked out immediately, in your case it could be a cyst,fibroids,early stage of kidney infection and not to totally alarm you even tumours,get it checked out now.
