not many, there is a theory that the internet has hit full penetration at the minute
thats about right below 30 ish %, but broadband is much lower - about 13% i think
some uk areas cant get internet very well either

roughly around 93 percent I guess becuase of the government reducing the prices and encorporating their strategic visions to make it necessary every home has a computer by a set date and time...
