sauerkraut. Prunes and prune juice.
Someone told me once, warm lemon water, or olive oil mixed with water water.
But definitely, sauerkraut.

Try cod liver oil from a health food store. I know it sounds bad but some of the oils now come in flavors. As long as you take it with food it isn't to bad.

Magnesium supplements work pretty well, but take about a day to kick in so don't over-do while you're waiting or you'll be sorry. The basics to solve constipation, though, are increase fluid (mostly water) and fiber intake.

One word... Cherries. Eat about a pound of cherries. You'll be going for at least an hour (on an off of course) They have to be fresh though. Canned or merichino dont work.

depends why you want this i guess.
if for cleanseing purposes, use cascara sagrada or a remedy with this in it. you can take it as a tea but it tastes awful, so i recommend capsules.
don't use senna as its habit forming and your body becomes dependent on it.
