In the MOVIE it's a Walther p99 and a ppk in various different parts of the film. During the beginning when he shoots Dryden and puts a gun in a manilla envelope that is the p99 during the rest of the film he uses the traditional PPK.
In the books he used a barretta until Dr. No.

Bond's primary gun was a Beretta 418 when Casino Royal (the novel) was released in 1953 until the end of From Russia With Love in 1956. The Beretta 418 was a reasonable selection at the time because British Naval Officers were issued the weapon during WWII. The new Bond movie is as true to the books as any of the films, and a detail like the Beretta 418 would not be overlooked or altered.
At the end of From Russia With Love, Bond gets his gun caught in his holster, which prompts him to consider a new gun in Dr. No. Upon the suggestion from Major Boothroyd, Bond is forced to hand his Beretta 418 over to M and begins to use the Walther PPK 7.65 as his primary weapon until The Man with the Golden Gun in 1965.
"Walther PPK. 7.65 mm, with a delivery like a brick through a plate glass window. Takes a Brausch silencer with very little reduction in muzzle velocity. The American CIA swears by them." - Major Boothroyd to 007

As far as silencer goes, those are usually attachments, so what matters is the weapon. As the previous person answered, the primary weapon of Bond was a .22 caliber Beretta, which was changed to a .380 Walther PPK pistol. It was changed for a level of reliability and because the CIA used it.
Good luck!

Donno about the silencer but the gun is a Beretta. James Bond was forced to switch to a Walther PPK in the book Dr. No... which he didn't want to do but he relented because they don't snag or seize up.
