I've used both & others but I like Yahoo IM better. I had more trouble with AIM than I could possibly tell you. I recommend Yahoo.

I prefer Yahoo. I've used both. I currently use both Yahoo and MSN Messenger (the work computer) and they are about the same. MSN has a few better 'work' features, but Yahoo's audibles and faces are GREAT! AIM to me has always been a huge ripoff, but, as I say, I haven't used it in ages.

AIM is definitely more popular. In fact, most of your IM'ing friends probably have AIM. If you want to be able to chat with them, choose AIM, because if you only have Yahoo!, you can't chat with AIM users.

I have not had enough experience on AIM to tell you but I have used Yahoo Messenger for several years and have not had any problems for the most part. I have also used MSN and I like that messenger as well.

i like yahoo better because it's the only thing i can have on my computer. i can't install aim on my computer because it will take up too much memory space. aim can't be used on all computers so yahoo is better...â¥

most people i know have aim so i use that more. i also like the way aim is set up better.
