With many battles taking place every day.We have quick battles with only 1 or 2 answers .Then we have epic struggles of 30 plus answers .And just like the Roman crowds of so long ago we to have the power of the thumbs up or thumbs down

I have never thought of it in those terms, but in a way, you are right. I am glad that the worst `punishment` that we receive is perhaps a rude e-mail from someone we disagreed with rather than ending up as the Lions` dinner.

Did you know that in the Flavian Amphitheatre (or as it is known the Colosseum) they had a team of specially trained rapist baboons which people had to fight... I hope that Yahoo answers does not have such a thing as that!

Yes but a lot of other sections are a lot friendlier than this one. Mention religion or politics and people get assy.
