im not being racist at all
just think that people in their own countries can deal with their own problems among themselves instead others getting involved. which allways ends in disaster anyways

obviously in the case of fammine then others would help
but as for civil war. well who ever wins then thats the way the country should be run cause the majority think that way

Hello,

Put youself in someone else's sheos if you can for a change, see if you can look at this issue from another angle? What if your life and home were threatened by war and famin, what would you do? where would you go?

**It was all very well britain having an empire in the past & britainia ruling the waves and taking and exploiting other countries and building our wealth from them. I dont think we can then turn around & complain to much when people from EX british colonies want come here?

**But if your refering to the new wave of eastern european workers coming into the UK more recently. This is a reaction partly influenced by changes to eastern block, the coming down of the iron curtain, & USSR becoming so called democratic. And on top of this because the UK is partly affected by EU laws some of which are pretty unrealstic in my opinion.

**The Labour government under Blair has mis-handled the immagration issues (policy) and it obvious to anyone that you cannot take in unlimited numbers of people and think life can carry on as normal (wont be affected) after all we are a small island. Our space & resources are NOT unlimited. The effects of the new wave of immagration are only just begining to emerg but its a highly contentious subject even now, it has caused opinions to polaris a great deal.

**whats ovbious is that Brown or who ever becomes the next PM or government are going to have a huge issue to sort out when it comes to migrant works.

Safer in what way? Some countries are so dangerous that it is better for the people to leave. Then there are those who live in places like the United States who has never been anywhere. They become xenophobic, which can sometimes lead to violent behavior when certain occassions arise. There is no real safe place to be. Take the little old lady who had her head hit by a lamp post during a Macy's parade in Manhattan. Later in her life, Cory Lidle's plane flew into her apartment. I say travel, have fun, see the world!

only time has decided what peoples own country would be ,most of the American (north and South)decendents came from else where ,

things would be safer if less people thought like you do and we regarded this a planet for Earthlings or the Human race .

the illuminati through politics and Religion ,have divided humanity into to groups that could be more easily controlled and money could be made of the conflicts
ask a bird what his country is and confusion is the respònse

Countries and borders are artificial barriers that condemn mankind to an existence of wars, famine, xenophobia, hunger, jingoism and want.

People should have freedom of movement around the whole world.

I don't agree entirely. Where I live we need foreign people because we cant live making money on bananas and coffee. We need investors to help developing countries grow. Whether its safer or not, you get good and bad people wherever you go, doesnt matter if your chinese, black, indian, white or spanish.

Safer for who? What about the people who leave their country for safety?

Helen of Croydon...your spelling is atrocious!
But what do you think of the Brits who have fled their country for more 'mature' lands (or even just warmer climes) - or do you not think of that?
