The Northwest Angle and Islands are located at the Top of the Nation. Check out a U.S. map and then the state of Minnesota and you will find the chimney, and Lake of the Woods. Surrounded by Canada (Manitoba and Ontario), the Northwest Angle and Islands is the northernmost point in the continental United States.

That would be point Barrow, Alaska, if you count that Alaska is part of the continent, which it is.
