how can I configure my scroll on my Dell computer using WindowsXP?

Click "Start"
Select "Run"
Type "control" (without the quotes) into the text box
Double-click "Mouse"
Click the 'Wheel" tab
Adjust the settings as desired
If you don't have a wheel mouse, try adjustments under the "Pointer Options" tab
