Treat it like heat exhaustion from the sun. Hydrate yourself with plenty of water, but not ice water. Take aspirin and rest. You might experience some nausea and vomiting within 48 hours, After 3 days, you should feel better. Stay out of the sun and hot, humid places until you do feel better.

Your overly dehydrated, you sweat alot in a tanning bed. The rays are hard on the skin. You should never tan twice in one day. For the body is harsh, and the skin burns to where a tan wont appear but for a couple days, you want to take it slow when tanning. Try it at levels in minutes of 8 then next time 10, till your up to 20 minutes, Ive gotten great tans on a 20 min, timer. And my tan gradually came, and stayed much longer, then if I had gotten burned.
Drink lots of water right now, and before and after you tan.

Im not an expert on tanning...but im pretty sure what you did is incredibly bad for your health!!! Once a week to go tanning is harmful and you went 3 times in two days! yikes!! My suggestion...try a tanning lotion daily instead. It is a much healthier alternative. Jergens Natural Glow Body Lotion. It may be gradual...but I grantee that it will do no harm to you unlike tanning beds or anything of the like.

I tan throughout the summer and never twice in one day. I have to warn you that my friend did the same thing to get ready for prom and she ended up dehydrated and developed really nasty blisters all over. Needless to say she didnt get to go to prom,she spent the night of prom in the hospital. Tanning twice in one day could be dangerous so I wouldnt try it again.

sounds like you're dehydrated. sip gatorade, have lots of liquids and rest. Learn to love your pale skin instead of torturing it.
