When I was a teenager before I opened a bank account I had a good hiding place. I lived in this big old house and it had an ancient heating system that was no longer used anymore. The grill had all k inds of iron scroll work and you couldnt really see through it, I would unscrew it and place money in there. No one ever knew.

a bank is your best bet.. but here are some more good places behind a picture that is hanging on the wall ... wrap it up in a crochet ball... between two steaks in the freezer..inside your oldest ugliest pair of sneakers in the back of the closet...under the TV...i hope you not a crook looking for hidden money in peoples house cause your getting some good ideas with this question

In a bag wrapped up in an article of clothing stuffed in your closet. Or put it in an empty soap box and hide it in a drawer.

put it in a small zip lock bag and then into a canister with flour or sugar in it somewhere in your kitchen.
