Absolutely not! Have yet to even consider it. People seem to go absolutely insane on Black Friday. I don't understand why the crunch, and the rush. You can find anything if your patient, take your time and browse, no need to knock over the poor defenseless people strolling through the malls. Personally, I think its all a bunch of hype for the greedy who want nothing in life but money!!

I don't think so. I tried that one time a few years ago and it was awful. I had to park all the way in the back of the parking lot and hike to the store. The lines were incredibly long and I saw two fights (pushing, shoving, and hollering ... no fist fight) I even saw one lady grab a doll out of another woman's arms and run with it. This was an experience I hope I never go through again but I won't positively say I'll never never do it again but something extraordinary would have to happen for me to go back to that madness. There will be many good deals out there between Black Friday and Christmas. Unless you enjoy participating in madness I don't know why anyone would place themselves in that situation. I guess it could be entertaining to watch but it's not worth it to me. Now you have me wondering if Y/A thinks seniors are nuts. Could be ... LOL

Absolutely not. I did that once and I won't do it again. Why go through that torture when you can find stuff without the greediness and violence involved with the crack of dawn sales any other time? Go later in the day or any day following and people are actually nice while shopping, not insane and mean like they are early in the morning on Black Friday.

From what I've seen of the ads so far there are only a couple of things that make it vaguely tempting. But I am pretty sure they will sell out before I can grab one..so I don't think I'll bother.

No way - I hate shopping on the best days; on Black Friday, I stay as far away from malls and similar zoos as possible!

ME!! I have to because I am a shopaholic!! :-(
I love going to find the good deals and sales, even if it means I have to suffer, i.e. waking up EARLY, and waiting patiently in line, etc. I am so not a morning person, so that makes it even harder!

I use to until this year. My kids are now at the age where I dont have to buy all those stupid toys for them. Everyone else I buy gifts for are older also. So I dont. I remember one year waking up at 4am to be in the freezing cold. KB Toys had me every year but this year.

I have to work.
But if I wasn't working, perhaps I'd head to the mall just to see all the people and decorations. It's kind of fun seeing everyone out shopping.

I don't, simply because others are doing that. To me, it's just craziness. I like to relax the day after Thanksgiving, to not have to worry about anything.
