I think it sounds like braxton hicks contractions,
I had them and they were so painful and strong That The doctors induced me early Because it wasnt progressing but They were still braxton hicks.
Strange I know!!
AS long as they are not pain ful ,and NOT regular..Then you should be ok..but remember any questions you need to hit up your doctor..Don't feel silly or stupid or anything..It's their job!!
good luck!

Sounds like they could be!!!
Not all expectant mothers have these contractions which can start as early as 20 weeks into the pregnancy. They are thought to be part of the process of effacement, the thinning and dilation of the cervix.
Hope this helps,
Good Luck and God Bless

It's normal. If it comes and goes then it's possible it's braxton hicks, if not it just means your tummy is streaching and in a day or two you'll be a bit bigger and the baby will have more room, if you itch, put a bunch of coco butter or shae butter on your tummy. it helps with stretch marks and relieves the itching.

depends...when you get up andwalk around does it stop? are they painful? are they coming at a steady amount of time apart? if you get up and walk and they stop they are BH. If tey are painful they might be REAL. If they are coming at a steady time they are REAL. If they are coming like at 5 mins 3 mins 10 mins an so on like that instead of lets say 10mins 10 mins 10 mins they are BH. Anyways you can look it up on sites like March of DImes.
