Heck No, Kramer's apology was not sincere. It was not even an apology anyway. Only thing that was missing was his KKK uniform. I am appalled. I think he said what he really felt, and it was unnecessary and inappropriate. There is no way to fix something like this. He should be man enough to admit that he said what he feels, but he knows that it was wrong. He did not only humiliate the two black men at his show, but he humiliated a whole race. This just forces American to open our eyes and realize that racism is alive and very much active. There a lot of Kramers out there, so we just have to watch our backs and be selective about who we chose to watch and support as friends and entertainers the same. He should thank his maker that those men or other black men and women were not waiting for him after the show to really express their feelings "by any means necessary".

You know, whether Richards apology was really heartfelt or not is not really the point anymore. He should apologize.. so should those who were heckling him. But the thing is... why is it such a bloody big deal..when are we as people going to realize that there are some people, lots of them, who will say stupid things sometimes.. prejudice is alive and well all over the world. What we need to do is to just get thicker skin and suck some of this up. i am so sick of everyone always trying to be politically correct. The two men heckling him were not correct either.. and Richards remarks were uncalled for.. but Good Grief..Get over it! You know, I have heard black comedians make some pretty awful remarks about white people too.. many times.. and I have never heard them apologizing. And I don't expect them too. i think more harm will be caused by all the media attention and hullabaloo about this than would have been caused if it would just have been left in the night club. It's all dumb.
Oh and as an afterthought... I am pretty sure if Richards comes up with the right amount of money..... this will all go away... that shouldlet us all know just insulted everyone was... we all have a price!

No, it did not sound sincere or like he even put any thought into what he was going to say. It sounds like he had a Mel Gibson moment. People in the spotlight have to be more careful with their comments.

It seemed sincere. He is an actor, though. And does it really matter? Does what he said in the first place matter? Does his apology matter? Don't we put too much stock in what celebrities say?

You know I do. Everyone gets mad and says things they don't mean in the heat of the moment. I'm sure his comedy wasn't funny but two black guys was yelling out "cracker" at him, which was also direspectful. If his comedy sucked they could have booed or got up and left, now I don't agree with him dropping the "n" bomb either, but neither of them were right, they were all going back to their "highschool" days!! ;)

Do I think it was sincere? No.Do I think he was trying to back peddle and try to get this all over with so he can salvage whatever career he has left? Yes. Do I think he tried in vain to have Jerry help him get out of this trouble? Yes. Do you think Jerry is going to try to distance himself away from this s'hit? 100% yes!

HELL NO, everytime a celebrity does something wrong, they think they can go on a tv and fix everything, and how can he be sorry, thats the way he truly feels, he wasn't saying it in a joking way, those jokes weren't partof his corny *** act.
