You would know by now...you would have suffered extreme pain, and since you say nothing out of the ordinary happened, stop stressing about it. Don't worry about anything unless it is happening, a pregnant woman doesn't need the added stress.

Eptopic pregnancies REALLY hurt. Very sharp pain in one side so dont worry. I had really bad cramping at the start of my pregnancy, it can be the egg planting in the womb wall. Get anything checked out if you are really worried

As long as it stays at mild cramping and no bleeding i wouldnt worry about it. if it was an epotic you would have alot of pain , and possiabley bleeding. my sister in law had this happen to her 2 years ago and she was in major pain from it, so just take it easy and dont stress over it, the doctor will beable to tell when you go in..congradulations, good luck

Ectopic pregnancies are very painful. If you experience severe pain on one side of your abdomen (either side but the pain only happens on one side) then you should go to the ER.

Ask you doctor or OB/GYN. They will be able to tell you everything you want to know about this type of a pregnancy.
