What parameters has your instructor given you? Is it permissable to work with other students? If it is not you may still be able to ask others in the class what they are doing so that perhaps you could get your creative juices flowing. You could also ask other students who have already completed the class and the project for ideas. Further, if you are still cloudy as to what the instructor wants you could ask the instructor. If you're still unsure try talking to your instructor's boss or the department head.
