do you know other girls who like tolkien, or are women generally in a small minority out of all the fans of middle earth?

I LOVE the books, the way Tolkien describes things, and the way the wise people talk.. it is so human and real.. even though well its not! then i love how cool Aragorn is and Gandalf! ( in the books though, in the movies not so much.. FRODO is sooo wimpy and winy.. annoying movie wrecker)
And then there are the sword fights, and magic, and cool environments and i love how good defeats evil in an epic way.. like they die and get hurt and suffer too. also how things are not black and white, i mean evil people have good things, and good people (or things) have bad things and weaknesses
I don't know what else to put! I LOVE ALL TOLKIEN BOOKS! and love middle earth, ive read them all twice and the second time its better cause you "see". thing you didn't notice before!.
.(and i have lots of friends too hehe)

Personally I only liked the LOTR movies by Tolkien, I love to read but couldn't seem to get into the books. My sister loves them though and she is just a big sci-fi fan in general.

I love Tolkien books, I like all the detail he goes into, I like the fantasy aspect, and that it's not just a story about 1 man/hobbit/elf/fairy or even dark master.
It's a sweeping story/s that encompasses different times, and points of views.
