It says "NRA Forever" and is one of the many right wing messages that are slipped into the show by its writers.

Yes they said it was NRA but I never stopped the frame to check. Maybe it was just another gag. Matt Groening says that they always put in visual gags like that which can only be seen if you freeze the frame. When Bart was sewing badges onto his scout uniform, one of the badges was for proficiency in sewing badges. In Australia they're trying to introduce laws to make it illegal to own any device which can be used to record or download copyrighted material. Better ditch the Ipod.
