Yes, it is legal for a minor to bear arms, in accordance with the second ammendment. Irregardless of state laws
regulating firearms in the hands of minors, as the 2nd ammendment refers to "protecting property", which according to the 2nd ammendment had to do with things like being invaded by England, Spain, or France!
So, if the U.S. was invaded (as in war) by another country, etc, Americans would have the right to protect themselves, and this country from those invaders.

~If you read the whole constitution in it's entirety rather than to grab onto a catch-phrase out of context, you might begin to understand it a little. The "right to bear arms" was never intended to be universal or unlimited and the 2nd amendment did not preclude the individual states from controlling firearms. The constitution, even including the Bill of Rights, did little to confer rights or freedoms on the majority of the population and until after passage of the Reconstruction Amendments, the effect of the constitution as regards state law was ambiguous at best. That being said, there is no federal law in place even today that would prevent an 11 year old from possessing a legal firearm.

The Constitution doesn't specify an age, or even any individual American's right to 'bear arms', it says that the people should have a 'well-armed militia', in order to prevent the Government from exerting Monarch-like power over them.

actually ALL of your constitutional rights can be infringed upon if you are a minor. Also all rights have a provison in them that says "except with due process of law" so passing a law that says you have to be a certain age or have a foid card and pass a background check is legal.

The constitution doesn't provide for that. Ages for owning and carrying weapons are determined by state laws.
