On average, how much can a typer who can type with a 100+ WPM make?

That question is hard to answer. You wont get paid a certain amount just because you can type 100+ a min. It also depends on your job title, how much work there is, what company your gonna work for, eduction, attitude, etc...

You should refine your question.

If you really type this amount of wpm, then you are a genius! Unfortunately, all the jobs that requesting for superb wpm are obsolete. Check on Craigslist on the admin category. One time, I saw an employer who wants the employee to type 65 wpm.

Very rarely are people gaged on their WPM on typing much anymore.

It depends on the job they have, if they're working for a company or as an independent contractor, the market where they're working, etc. Sorry for the lack of info.
