MB is the amount of space. A song usually takes up about 3-4 MB. So with the 128 MB you can fit roughly 35 songs on it. 512 MB will hold about 140 songs. USB is the name of the connector it uses to connect to your computer. They are almost certainly both USB, which is standard and you don't need to worry about that part.

Mb stands for MegaBytes. And megabytes infer memory. So, the more memory it has, the more songs it can store.

Assuming the average song is about 4mb (4000kb) the on a 128, you can have about 32 songs on there. On a 512mb, you can have about 128 songs.

USB (Universal Serial Bus) is the method by which it connects to your computer. It simply plugs into the rectangular shaped hole (about 1cm by 0.5cm) in the back, and with software, you can easily transfer your songs in and out of the mp3.

128mb is referring to size of memory. If you looked at computer specs you would get confused, because there is a few different kinds of memory for computers, but 128mb mp3 player would not hold as many songs. 512 would hold more. Somewhere around 150 but im not sure.
