Do they celebrate the day that commemorates the beginning of their subjugation? Or do they just shrug that off and look at the bright side?......whatever that may be.

some do and some don't. just like other people there are some who resent what has happened but look at the situation realistically -- nothing can be done about it now.

I"m sure they celebrate it, if they don't, I'm sure they still take the day off.

Why should they it was the begging of the end for them...
when they should have let the pilgrims starve to death .
