Stick to your guns. I don't know why so many young girls think they have to jump on the boyfriend bandwagon just because every one else is doing it. Ridiculous. Enjoy your own interests and your own time.
Things will happen naturally when you're ready. You sound much more level headed than your friends. Having the courage of your convictions is not always easy, so don't cave in to peer pressure. You're holding your own just fine. When your friends bring this up, just laugh it off. Don't stress, have fun.

Tell them they dont have to matchmake you with anyone afterall it's ur life not their life.Tell them when you're ready to have one that you'll let them know but that for now they have to let go of the idea they have if they really care abt you.Am sure the reason 4 this is 4 u to be like everyone else.Tell them you believe you're unique and that u dont have to have a boyfriend cos everyone has and that not having a bf doesnt take anything from you.If they care they'll listen all you need do is be firm with ur decision and ur words wen telling them.

Your friends are basically trying to find common ground with you right now. Boys are clearly the thing they are most interested in at the moment. To be fair, they are basically trying to include you, but in a very wrong and slightly uncomfortable way. The best thing you can do is tell them none of the boys interest you at the moment, but gladly talk about the boys THEY like. But don't let them "make" you like someone!

Take it as an opportunity to make new friends. You'll be able to meet people and may develop some other interests.
There's no requirement that you get involved with anyone.
You're already showing that you've got some smarts. You'd of figured this out for yourself, huh?

I think all the beauty of having a bf is liking a guy and falling in love him. If the others find him 4u thats nonsense.

You are right you can not be made to like someone. You need to ask them nicley to back off. You do what you feel is right for you. Good luck. ( Just keep in mind if they are true friend they will recpect that you are not ready.)

Tell them "I'm X-teen years old, and I'm not ready for that kind of mess in my life right now" Look how Britney Spears marriage ended up!

Stand your ground. If you are not ready tell them to lay off. You can't choose who you fall in love with it just happens. If they were really your friends they would respect your wishes.

It doesnt matter what your friends think. Tell them you dont want a boyfriend and you want them to stop pressuring you.
