who are the manchester mistery voices?

I live in the north west of england and I listen to key 103 radio in manchester and there is a competition callde the manchester mistery voices I now the first and last voice but who is the middle voice?

Sadly, Phil, those most likely to know the answer are almost certainly not going to tell you coz they will want the lol (er money)
