Tomatoes are a source of lycopene - good for the prostate; raisins, apples, pears, peaches are sources of boron, also good for the prostate.

I've heard that in some circumstances, pomegranate juice can lower one's PSA, and help prevent prostate cancer.

(Sorry... bad joke. The best way to prevent prostate trouble is, of course, regular ejaculation, and coconuts and dates grow on -- oh, nevermind. :-)
