I am trying to run a video on Windows media player and it says im not connected to the internet. But i have full connection.

try another format...google the file and see what it is ...you could use realplayer, flashplayer..ipod, etc.

You need to install the plug in's if you wish to play in internet explorer.
If you wish to play in media player then you need to few setting.
