provide some tips on how to best prepare for this upcoming time consuming scheudule? While unemployed, I like to hit the gym as often as possible. With this job, I won't be able to do that unfortunately. Advice, from bill payments to fitting in time for some form of exercise, would be helpful.

One might be able to take some mild exercise such as walking on your work breaks. One can purchase some weights to use at home. I suggest that exercise is even more important when you are stressed with overtime. If you can spend 15 minutes a day with some walking or other exercise, you will feel the benefit. Good luck

use your breaks to take walks, run, do pushups, bring some free weights in your trunk and do some reps- otherwise get up earlier or work out after work like the rest of us
