what does it mean when your fiance has a little bit of blood come out of his penis?? could it be from squeezing his balls??

It is NEVER normal for blood to emit from the penis, and no it cannot be caused by squeezing his testicles. He needs to see a doctor, he could have a urinary tract infection, a STD, or even cancer.
