Yes, the human body has similar sensory cells inside the body. However, there are also many other types of sensory cells inside us that aren't like the ones on our skin. Some of the cells in certain places (the large and small intestine, for example) are only sensitive to stretch, and are essentially numb to lacerations or other stimuli. Likewise, infections in certain areas (GI tract, once again) are often not noticed until other areas with different kinds of nerves become infected (such as the peritoneum). Basically, the answer to the question is yes, we have sensory cells similar to skin ones, and no, we have other kinds as well.
